If you'd like to support the work of The Southern Documentary Fund, your tax-deductible contribution can support SDF's mission to increase documentation of the stories of the American South. You may also support individual works in progress. Make your gift payable to The Southern Documentary Fund, and please specify which project you'd like to support.

You can donate to the project of your choice by mailing a check to SDF. Please make all checks payable to the Southern Documentary Fund (we cannot accept checks made payable to individual projects). Please write the name of the project you wish to support in the memo line.

We accept secure online donations through PayPal. All you need is a credit card (a PayPal account is not required). You can make a general donation to the SDF or donate to a specific project (below). Donors should be aware that, due to PayPal fees of 2.9% +$.30, which often exceed SDF's standard 5%, fees will be taken directly from PayPal donations.
