Holly Springs is evolving, in fits and starts. On some days, the Mississippi town seems just as likely to revert to its segregated past, yet on others, Holly Springs is surprisingly forward thinking. A dozen local residents—activists, veterans, historians, entrepreneurs, politicians, environmentalists, and musicians—share drastically different perspectives of their small community.
