The Power of Change documentary film and educational toolkit will examine diverse case studies of individuals and organizations engaged in healing and profound change - from a struggling corporate manager to a pediatric heart surgery team to an inner city community. At the heart of these stories are the humanistic beliefs and techniques first described by the pioneers of family therapy, including the remarkable leader Virginia Satir. Our stories speak to the universal yearning for change, and offer hope and practical skills to achieve transformation for us personally, for the organizations we try to function within, and for the larger societies that often seem unable even to imagine reconciliation.
