Visible Voices

Visible Voices is designed to engage financially disadvantaged middle school boys at the Durham Nativity School in preserving human experiences and advancing human relationships. The goal of this three-year educational program and community project is to show that through documentary films, youth can learn skills to effectively discuss difficult issues, and cultivate civic engagement around these issues.

When completed, Visible Voices will include a 45-minute documentary film and a scholarly research paper detailing the success of the initiative.
