This seminar will dive into his approach of interviewing subjects, which he calls “Heart-Forward Storytelling.” The basics of the approach, how to apply it to a variety of situations, and a few examples, as well as time for questions. The focus is for interviewers to shift how they conduct interviews in a way that will transform results in multiple aspects of the interview.
