A documentary about the 1968 Benson Affair, when five young black men sought to burn down their town’s KKK headquarters building in Benson, North Carolina, and the ways the memory of the event has lived on since. Days earlier, residents of Benson’s black community had held a march for Dr. King in the wake of his assassination. Later that night, the Klan marched through the black neighborhood.
